Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs (OCPA) founder and chairman emeritus Dr. David Brown passed away on March 2 at the age of 95. Dr. Brown created OCPA in order to advance prosperity and flourishing for Oklahomans through polices that promote free markets and limit the scope of government.

“David Brown’s leadership and generosity to the free market movement over the decades has born much fruit across the country, as a trustee of Heritage Foundation and most especially as chairman of OCPA, Oklahoma’s free market think tank and solution center. David ran a good race in this life and his legacy will live on.”
