Florida has overtaken New Hampshire to take the top spot among all 50 states in the Fraser Institute’s latest Economic Freedom of North America report (EFNA). Rounding out the top five most-free states are Texas (3), Tennessee (4) and South Dakota (5). For the fourth year in a row, New York is ranked least free (50), followed by Kentucky (49), West Virginia (48), California (47) and Alaska (46). Find out where your state ranks by clicking here.
