As Cardinal continues to grow in stature and prominence across the state of West Virginia, we are hiring for a critical new role: Community Engagement Manager. This position will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission by connecting with potential stakeholders across the Mountain State to bring the Cardinal message to diverse communities, build effective coalitions, and increase the impact of Cardinal’s work and research. Part outreach-coordinator, part coalition-builder, part event-planner, the Community Engagement Manager must a proactive and entrepreneurial person.
The Community Engagement Manager will speak to diverse audiences across the state about Cardinal’s issues with a focus education choice and economic opportunity. This role will report to the Executive Director. Ideally, this candidate will work out of the Charleston, WV office, but an exceptional candidate may be allowed to work virtually in West Virginia.
