National Taxpayers Union and National Taxpayers Union Foundation (NTU and NTUF) are seeking a motivated, passionate individual to join our team as Operations Manager. We need an energetic, administrative multi-tasker to keep a growing staff on track to perform the organizations’ missions in a creative, fast-paced office environment.

Duties include bookkeeping, personnel, business, and financial management, compensation administration in conjunction with payroll and benefit providers, oversight of annual financial audit, non-profit compliance filings and activities, vendor and consultant relations, and general office management. Some duties are small, others large, all require diligent judgment. Your contribution and input will be valued.

Salary is commensurate with experience, but 3-5 years minimum performing the duties listed above is preferred. CPA or other certifications are not necessary, but accounting, business management, or paralegal background is helpful. Working knowledge of Expensify, Intacct, Bill.com, Run by ADP, and Salesforce are a plus. Excellent health, life insurance, and retirement benefits, flexible hours; could be part-time for the well-organized candidate.
