SPN’s Organization Accelerator is a two-year program built for SPN affiliates at pivotal moments—leaders who are hungry to grow, driven to secure new wins, determined to sharpen their strategy, and committed to building Durable Freedom Infrastructure in their state.
Designed to strengthen clarity, capacity, and momentum, program participants can expect the following:
1. Strategic Planning Meeting
A dynamic, facilitated hands-on process that sharpens mission, priorities, and long-term direction—giving teams a clear, actionable roadmap for impact.
2. Development Assessment
A deep dive into the fundraising capacity, systems, and opportunities that help organizations build and sustain the resources needed for long-term success.
3. Communications Strategy
Targeted guidance to strengthen messaging, amplify reach, and connect policy priorities with the audiences that matter most.
4. Culture Assessment
Insight into team health, leadership dynamics, and organizational alignment—fueling a more cohesive, resilient, and high performing workplace.
5. Executive coaching (optional)
A 1:1 coach that provides leaders with personalized support as they put their strategy into action and navigate moments of growth and transition.
6. Board Development (optional)
SPN Senior Strategic Advisor, and former CEO, Tracie Sharp is available to consult with think tank leaders and their boards about best practices, Durable Freedom Infrastructure, succession, and more.
