As Programs Associate for LaunchPad, Aizess Jones supports social entrepreneurs advancing innovative, market-based solutions to community challenges. She helps run prizes and accelerator workshops, connecting entrepreneurs with advisors and SPN’s national network to further project development and generate enduring community impact.
Aizess earned her M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and her B.A. in Media, Culture, and the Arts from The King’s College, NYC. Prior to her time at SPN, Aizess worked at her undergraduate alma mater and wore multiple hats that intersected among Student Financial Aid, Admissions, and Student Spiritual Life. She has participated in freedom-advancing programs such as the Forge Leadership Academy, Health/Education Reformers Academy, and SPN’s own Generation Liberty Fellowship. She has also volunteered and interned extensively at nonprofits connected to child welfare causes.
As a native New Yorker, Aizess loves how cities are a melting pot of people. She enjoys deep conversations over Bubble Tea, tasting authentic cultural cuisines, exploring new neighborhoods, adventuring with family, and volunteering at her church.
