Andrew Dunn is State Policy Network’s Content Manager. In this role, he helps SPN tell clear, compelling stories about the network and ensures SPN’s written communication across every channel is consistent, high-quality, and always advancing the mission.

Prior to joining SPN, Andrew built and led content and communications efforts across media, corporate marketing, and politics. He served as Communications Director for a statewide gubernatorial campaign, directing messaging, speeches, policy communications, and rapid-response media strategy. He has also led SEO-driven editorial teams and content programs designed to grow audiences and strengthen brand authority.

Andrew began his career as a newspaper reporter and editor covering business and education, and he is the founder of Longleaf Politics, a platform focused on making North Carolina state policy and politics clear and actionable. He earned a B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and lives in Charlotte with his family.
