As the Director of Human Resources at SPN, Kenny Wandstrat is focused on serving the people and mission of SPN by bringing world class procedures and practices to the organization. Cutting his teeth professionally in hospitality, Kenny quickly moved into staffing taking the recruiting route to HR leadership. He has interviewed thousands of candidates, trained hiring teams, and fine-tuned rigorous hiring processes. Learning from great mentors, he’s spent over a decade in HR, developing a passion for people decisions.

From an early age a fascination with history drove his education and curiosity in government and politics. Kenny is passionate about preserving individual liberties in America with his gifts and talents. Since it’s not easy to find in the HR field, SPN is a welcome outlet for this passion.

In his personal life, Kenny focuses on raising his two energetic young boys with his wife. They attend all the festivals, pumpkin patches, and other activities they can. Singing and playing guitar, spending time with loved ones, studying history, or working around the house are how he fills in the rest of his time.
