Natalie is the Senior Director of Network Grantmaking at State Policy Network, where she helps donor partners achieve national impact through strategic, state-level investments. She also collaborates with affiliates to strengthen their capacity and success through SPN’s grant programs.

Before joining SPN in 2022, Natalie led and accelerated fundraising initiatives for nonprofits across the country, including Safe Families for Children, the Illinois Policy Institute, and the Liberty Justice Center. Her work has focused on building sustainable development strategies and fostering mission-driven partnerships that advance freedom and opportunity.

Natalie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and now lives in Fort Worth, TX, with her family.
