Talent Programs

Charles Koch Institute – offers professional education, research, and training programs to prepare young professionals for careers advancing free societies. The programs below offer professionals opportunities at state-based organizations:

  • Liberty@Work – A year-long opportunity, which includes professional education and a full-time position with organizations across the nation.

Koch Internship Program and Koch Fellows Program – A semester of professional education and an internship opportunity for those who are passionate about free societies.

The Fund for American Studies – seeks to create a brighter, more prosperous future by preparing young people for leadership, teaching them the ideas of freedom and a free-market economy. TFAS sponsors six internship programs for undergraduate students interested in policy and journalism, and one for law students.

Heritage Young Leaders Program – The Young Leaders Program gives young conservatives access to Heritage policy experts through a series of video web-chats. With interactive polling, chat rooms, and live streaming video, the Young Leaders Program Facebook Page offers an exciting educational tool—and a place to meet fellow conservatives.

Professional Development & Networking

Generation Liberty Fellowship – offers young professionals an opportunity to attend the State Policy Network Annual Meeting. This competitive program connects young leaders with hundreds of freedom-loving think tank leaders, professionals, industry experts, and mentors whose work has fueled free-market victories in the states. Fellows learn about new ideas and strategies, celebrate successes, inspire others, and receive resources to advance their career.

State Policy Network Affiliate Chapters with Young Professionals Programs

America’s Future Foundation – is the premiere networking and professional development organization for liberty-minded young professionals in Washington and chapters nationwide. Find a chapter near you or contact AFF to start one in your city.

Bastiat Society – is an international network of business people committed to defending capitalism, wealth creation, and individual liberty.

Federalist Society – network of conservatives and libertarians interested in the current state of the legal order. Chapters in cities and law schools across the country.

Ladies of Liberty Alliance – LOLA provides leadership training to equip women with the tools and techniques necessary to spread the message of liberty, and builds a community for libertarian women through LOLA Social, a chapter-based program. Find a chapter near you.

Leadership Institute  identifies, organizes, and trains individuals to succeed in politics, government, and business. Trainings cover communications, digital media, fundraising, campaign, and activism.

Liberty on the Rocks – brings together liberty communities in cities across the country with monthly networking and social events.
