A few notes:
- Please let me know if you have not received your email confirmation from the hotel by COB Tuesday, August 13th.
- Business casual attire is encouraged. Jeans are okay, but no shorts please, except for the garden walk. A light jacket is recommended for the suite.
- SPN is paying a housekeeping fee. We encourage you not to put up a “Do Not Disturb” sign, and there is no need to leave gratuity for housekeeping at this property.
- SPN is paying for your porterage fee. Should you need any luggage carried to your room, I encourage you to use this service. No need to tip on this service as it has been added to our contract and has been paid for.
- Come hydrated! Phoenix will be hot it is expected to be sunny. It is very important to arrive hydrated. We will have plenty of water for you during the meeting.
