Our first Tuesday Talk (the virtual discussion group series) we’re hosting for the apprentices each week begins today at Noon ET. This will be an opportunity to cover a topic on professional development and/or non-profit philanthropy each week, and also a chance for the apprentices to connect with their peer network of apprentices placed at other think tanks this summer.
This week, Laurel McCombs will walk through the development resources and tools on SPN’s Member Portal that will be useful in their role at your organization. Next Tuesday, Shana is going to facilitate a Direct Mail 101 discussion from the viewpoint of someone opening the mail – different terms, what to look for, etc.
