Recently, a few members of the events and communications teams read/listened to Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss. Yesterday, we had a productive conversation about the book, discussing our lessons learned and favorite parts of the book.
I want to invite the team members who read the book to share some of the tips they learned with the staff on lessons of negotiation in the comment thread.
