Also, if you do plan to sit down with your apprentice and talk about your StrengthsFinder results together and/or with your whole team, make sure you both print out your individualized Strengths Insight Guide, and not the Strengths Theme Report. You can login to the account you created this spring and scroll down under Reports and Tools then you can click to print them out. The former is a personalized description of your strengths and how they work with your other strengths. The latter is the standard, more broad description for each which is also printed in the book.
