One other thought for the day… With everything going on right now with COVID-19, I would imagine that some of you are putting together messaging specific to how your organization is responding to the crisis and why your mission and vision continue to be urgent and relevant.
I would advocate for making this special COVID-19 messaging an addendum to your existing case for support to ensure that the messaging is aligned and supports your broader vision and priorities. If anyone puts anything like this together, I would love to see it, so please post it here!
