If you’re facing the prospect of working from home for the first time, take heart: There are millions people who’ve been successfully working remotely for years. (Over 4 million people in the U.S. worked remotely full- or part-time in 2019.) Many of them will tell you that working from home has only made them more productive and happier in their jobs.
But it can be a BIG adjustment.
