Travel into Colorado Springs is slow right now, so be patient and order an extra whiskey on the plane. I recommend leaving extra time for flight delays/tarmac closures if you are coming in today or tomorrow.
It’s a winter wonderland here and GORGEOUS. The Elk have migrated up north for the season until SPNAM is over and the hunters have gone home. In all seriousness, consider bringing boots or yak tracks. The sidewalks are maintained, but still slippery. See photo attached for winter in all its glory.
