I’d definitely be interested in hearing what others think, but what jumps out to me at first glance is that I’m not sure that everyone would understand what you mean by “build the lemonade stand of their dreams”. That feels like a reference that would require someone to be at least somewhat “in the know” to understand.
The mission statement makes a lot of sense, but I’m not sure that when you break down what the vision and mission are saying they are all that different. I think they actually are saying the exact thing in different ways, where your vision should try to express the shorter term impact of making progress toward your mission, so what will be different in Utah, how will Utahns lives be better in the next three to five years if you are successful?
