My recommended next steps:

Using the ideas from exercises today, try to do the following things in the remaining weeks of your program:

  1. Notice how you interact with people. What behaviors, words, etc. are reinforcing how you want people to see you? Which ones are undermining?
  2. Identify and practice one thing you can do to strengthen your personal brand over the next two weeks. This could be a change in the way you communicate, a time management goal, or another behavior that is an opportunity for growth.
  3. Ask for some feedback. Whether it’s your manager, mentor, or another colleague, reach out to a professional acquaintance for some insight on how you come across and what you could do better to build the personal brand you want to have.
