Very excited for this (and especially that location)! I think one thing I’d be curious about has anyone had success for dealing with the dynamic of local control/conservative legislators. We’ve been dancing around a big fight with the locals the past several years and feel like it’s going to be unavoidable this year with a property tax agenda we have. No matter what the issue is our legislators give so much deference to their local officials.
