Today, as I was talking with one of my friends who is a doctor, she shared these questions that she is using in her morning meetings with her team and also that she and her family have been using every day during this time. I thought they might be helpful to all of us as we face a time of uncertainty which can lead to higher levels of stress and anxiety in adapting to new challenges. These type of questions can provide some continuity and perspective.

2. Who am I checking in on or connecting with today?

3. What expectations of “normal” am I letting go of today?

4. How am I getting outside today?

5. How am I moving my body today?

6. What beauty am I creating, cultivating or inviting today?
