We have a sunshine provision, where leadership has to announce the running of a bill two days before it will receive a vote. You have to sunshine a committee vote by 24 hours I believe.
We have a 6 hour amendment rule on the floor, where you have to wait 6 hours before you vote on a bill that has been amended.
