- The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty released a new policy report, which examines the ways in which government regulation has contributed to the rising cost of home prices in Wisconsin.

- Beacon Center of Tennessee reminisced on a year filled with successes.
- A new report from the Mississippi State Legislature’s Performance Evaluation and Expenditure Review Committee recommends abolishing the Mississippi Board of Barber examiners. This follows years of research and education from the Mississippi Center for Public Policy on the burdensome restrictions of that board.
- Mountain States Policy Center released the results of their first bi-annual poll of Idaho residents, which included topics like school choice and lowering the income tax.
- The Buckeye Institute announced the hiring of renowned D.C. lawyer Andrew M. Grossman as a Senior Legal Fellow.
- The James Madison Institute released their annual Sunshine State Policy Priorities report.
Freedom Through the Courts
- Goldwater Institute filed a lawsuit challenging free speech restrictions in Arizona’s recently passed Proposition 211, which includes donor disclosure requirements.
- The Buckeye Institute filed an amicus brief in defense of fishermen’s rights not to be forced to quarter government agents, and also sued the Biden administration over its student loan debt cancellation program.
- The Washington Policy Center joined an amicus brief along with other Network groups, calling for the Supreme Court to overturn Washington’s “capital gains tax,” which the Center and others argue is actually an illegal income tax.
