Our mission is to pursue pro-freedom litigation safeguarding against government overreach, left-wing special interest agendas, constitutional violations, and public union corruption. We are warriors for justice, defenders of individual liberties, and champions of accountability. Together, we fight to preserve freedom, uphold the Constitution, and expose abuses of power.
About
The Upper Midwest Law Center is a center-right, non-profit, public-interest law firm, based in Minnesota, that fights to limit government, special interest, and public union overreach. We use the rule of law to protect the liberties of citizens in Minnesota and the Upper Midwest.
In 2022, UMLC argued more appeals before the Minnesota Supreme Court than any other law firm in the state. UMLC’s case work has been reported on in top publications nationwide, including Fox News, The Megyn Kelly Show, The Federalist, and the Washington Examiner. Since 2019, UMLC has filed 36 formal lawsuits and 70 legal briefs and participated in 30 oral arguments in state and federal court.
