SPN’s Board Chair Peer Network offers both virtual and in-person opportunities for you to engage and learn from your peers throughout the SPN Network.
Annual SPN Affiliate Board Chair Retreat
Every year, in advance of the SPN Annual Meeting, SPN hosts a gathering of state think tank board chairmen from around the country. The half-day retreat offers board chairmen the opportunity to network with and learn from fellow board leaders. The program is designed to provide participants a chance for in-depth conversation about the opportunities and challenges facing their organizations.
Quarterly Board Chair Networking Calls
These facilitated calls are structured to allow high-level, peer-to-peer discussions amongst state think tank board chairs, in between the annual in-person Chairmen’s Retreat. It’s an opportunity for chairs to ask questions of one another and to share best practices and lessons learned.
