Lynn Harsh is the Leadership and Federalism Fellow for State Policy Network. In addition to assisting with strategic positioning and executive coaching, she initiated LaunchPad—SPN’s incubation and acceleration lab—and the organization’s leadership development program for affiliates.

Prior to SPN, she was the co-founder and former chief executive officer of a state-based institute where game-changing community outreach, litigation, and communications initiatives were accomplished. Prior to that, she served as a high school teacher, helped start two private schools, and ran numerous political campaigns. Her greatest love related to shaping the future is time invested with family, colleagues, seekers, and whomever shows up for dinner.
