  • In partnership with National Right to Work Foundation, The Buckeye Institute filed a federal lawsuit demanding AFSCME Council 8 return wages illegally taken from workers’ paychecks.
     
  • Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty filed an appeal against the City Clerk of Racine, arguing that the utilization of mobile voting sites throughout the community violates Wisconsin state law governing alternate absentee ballot sites.
