Freedom through the Courts: The Latest Litigation Efforts across the Network

The Buckeye Institute appealed DuPuis v. American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Buckeye’s union wage theft case against AFSCME and Toledo Public Schools, arguing that the lower court erred in declaring that the contractual dispute was the exclusive jurisdiction of the State Employment Relations Board.
