While the Janus decision was a huge victory for government workers and all who support workplace freedom, there’s a growing effort on the federal level to vastly roll back the rights of workers. We are hearing that the PRO Act could be introduced around Labor Day and fully expect government unions to circle and spread misinformation around this legislation.
