Judicial Watch sues on behalf of Pentagon whistleblower

Judicial Watch announced it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit on behalf of former National Security Council (NSC) senior director Adam S. Lovinger. Lovinger’s security clearance was pulled after he raised concerns regarding lucrative government contracts awarded to Stefan Halper. Judicial Watch also released two batches, 184 pages and 45 pages, of newly uncovered emails of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton from the US Department of State sent and received over her unsecure, non-“state.gov” email system. Judicial Watch also announced FOIA lawsuits suing for the communications between Bruce Ohr, Nellie Ohr, Christopher Steele, and Fusion GPS.
