Crystal is a Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at State Policy Network leading the team of frontline fundraisers and serving as a liaison between SPN and its strategic partners. Crystal joined SPN in 2015, after six years of working for a Denver-based public affairs consulting firm serving as the Director of Operations for the Vernon K. Krieble Foundation, Krieble Foundation, and Leadership Program of the Rockies, a non-profit public policy leadership program which trains leaders in action in the timeless principles.
Originally from Frankfort, IL, she has more than 15 years’ experience with political campaigns, grassroots advocacy, operations management, event planning, and fundraising. Crystal attended the University of Iowa where she received a Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and Political Science. She served on the founding board and governing board for a K-12 classical charter school from 2018-2021. She lives in Jacksonville, FL with her husband, son and daughter.
