Victoria Wakefield is the Senior Director of Programs and Development Operations at State Policy Network. In this role, Victoria oversees the operational needs of the Programs and Development Teams, including management of day-to-day processes and optimizing project management. Additionally, Victoria is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, using the CliftonStrengths assessment to partner with others in their professional development plans.
Before joining SPN in 2016, Victoria worked for Americans for Prosperity Foundation and the Civitas Institute. Victoria is a graduate of North Carolina State University and resides in her hometown of Charlotte.
