Young America’s Foundation: 2020 spring programs outlook

In 2019, Young America’s Foundation’s programs made headlines as millions of students were reached, in person and online, learning from conservative leaders who champion freedom and limited government. The Left’s attempts to derail YAF events—such as Ben Shapiro at Stanford University, Dinesh D’Souza at the University of Pennsylvania, and Michael Knowles at Kennesaw State University—were unsuccessful, as YAF’s conservative activists ensured free speech and conservative ideas prevailed on their campuses.

As students head back to school this semester, Young America’s Foundation’s programs are in full swing, ready to promote freedom’s principles to students across the country. This spring, the Foundation is working with young activists to host the most successful lectures and programs in the conservative movement, which began on January 23, 2020 with YAF’s Freedom Chapter Training Seminar in Arlington, Virginia. There, a a record number of YAF activists defended life at the 2020 March for Life. This training seminar was followed by the Freedom Conference in Nashville with hundreds of students in attendance. In March, YAF will hold the first of several high school conferences this year at the Reagan Ranch in Santa Barbara, California. Young America’s Foundation will also continue its unparalleled campus lecture program, featuring prominent thought leaders, including Ben Shapiro, Michael Knowles, Mia Love, Rachel Campos-Duffy, and Steve Forbes, among others.
