Ohio: In Glacier Northwest v. Teamsters, the U.S. Supreme Court agreed with arguments The Buckeye Institute put forth in its amicus brief and told the union that vandalism is not a “protected activity” in labor disputes.

South Carolina: A brand new education freedom program is on the way in the state! Education Scholarship Trust Fund scholarships will be awarded beginning with the 2024-25 school year (Palmetto Promise).

Texas: Legislators passed a bill which rolls back the millions of dollars and thousands of man-hours currently being diverted from academic enrichment toward politicized, race- and gender-based programming each year (Goldwater Institute and Texas Public Policy Foundation).
