As the Manager of Engagement at State Policy Network, Nitsa stewards and engages our loyal partners through sharing the impact their support has on our Network. In Nitsa’s role, she also oversees and manages the Thomas Roe Legacy Society designed to honor those partners who include SPN in their legacy plans. Nitsa joins the team with almost a decade of fundraising experience, ranging from universities, political campaigns, and nonprofits. Most recently working in the liberty movement as a Donor Relations Manager for Students For Liberty, she led fundraising efforts to grow partnerships, created new strategies and processes, and had the privilege of leading fundraising workshops to professionals world-wide.
She graduated cum-laude from Plymouth State University and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Pre-Law. Being from California, she knows all too well about federal government overreach and the importance of state and local governments. She currently resides in San Diego where she loves to be by the beach, is an avid reader, ice cream eater, tennis player, and loves to travel.
